Q: Does Crafts'N'Scraps offer wholesale pricing?

A: Crafts'N'Scraps only offers retail pricing at this time. Many of our designs are unique and handcrafted. We've worked hard to keep our prices as low as possible for our customers for all of our products.

Q: I saw something I want to purchase, but there is no Add To Cart link or it says it is temp. sold out. How can I get this item?

A: Only items with purchasing links are available at this time. If you would like to be notified when a sold out design has returned, please send us an e-mail with your request. When the item returns, we will let you know.

Q: I want to order more than one of an item, but I don't know how to change the amounts in the online shopping cart?

A: To increase the number of items in the cart, move your curser to the quantity box. Type in the new amounts. When you are finished, hit the Recalculate button to update the cart and calculate your new total.

Q: I'm searching for a certain jewelry design or charm, but I can't seem to find it anywhere. Can you help?

A: We have many designs that are not listed online. We are also able to special order or create many goodies in hard to find themes. Just send us an e-mail and we wil let you know if we can help!

Q: Do you have a catalog?

A: Our offerings change quite often, so we are not able to offer a paper catalog at this time. Current designs are updated daily. New designs as well as restocks are added to the New Additions page to make surfing easy!

Q: I want to create my own designs and would like to know where you get your supplies?

A: We're very sorry, but Crafts'N'Scraps does not distribute our supplier listing for business reasons just like any other retail store. We can sometimes bring in special orders of components etc. that may help you out though!

Q: What brand of Austrian Crystals do you use in your designs?

A: Dana uses Swarovski crystal components in her original designs. Due to copyright requirements, we're not allowed to use the brand name Swarovski in our jewelry descriptions (they have their own line of jewelry and do not want customers to confuse them with others). Anytime you see Austrian Crystals listed for an item they are genuine Swarovski components. The best crystals available!

Q: What percentage of a sale do you donate to charity?

A: Crafts'N'Scraps donates anywhere from 10-50% of the sale price (not just the profit) of designated designs to charity. Occasionally some items are 100% depending on immediate need. Charities as well as donations amounts over the minimum 10% are noted in item descriptions.

Q: Why can't some items be shipped to California after March 01, 2008?

A: California has passed a very strict jewelry law that requires all adult jewelry designs to be tested for lead content to meet their state specific standards. They do not grandfather in vintage designs or those manufactured before the effective date of 3/1/08. Since many of our designs are very limited (many contain parts made before the ban took effect), we simply aren't able to send them all for lab testing which also requires destruction of the piece. Most of the items on our site should be within limits but we cannot ship them to CA if they are untested or we have not received documentation from a supplier. We sincerely apologize and we are working on bringing in more lead free designs ASAP! For a list of our lead free or lead safe items click here!
