This CHD Awareness Ribbon design is the result of a combined effort between myself
and chdfamiles.com. The flowing red and blue colors and a heart are very
symbolic. They represent the flow of blood through a childs heart.
I
designed this ribbon to be used for any and all CHD charities.
This means that you may create your own jewelry designs with my beads and charms
and donate to the CHD charity of your choice! You do not have to donate
to the one I have selected.
Acceptable use of this CHD Ribbon:
Allthough I created it, I do not claim copyright to the CHD Awareness
Ribbon color scheme of a half red and half blue ribbon with a heart. Only
to the beads, charms, their likenesses/photos and my jewelry designs themselves
(so please don't copy them). I published the ribbon color scheme to the
public domain on August 3, 2003 and you are free to create to your hearts content
with it as long as you make a donation to a CHD charity (if you make items
for sale).
It is my sincere hope that this unified CHD
Awareness Ribbon design will increase awareness and will be recognized as representing
