Personal information-

Crafts'N'Scraps does not rent, sell or distribute any information to any third parties. You will only receive e-mail correspondence from us that is pertinent to your order such as shipping notices, receipts etc. In addition, all hard copy data to include phone numbers, addresses etc. is physically destroyed to standards to protect your personal information and privacy.

Newsletter subscriptions-

The newsletter is provided at no charge 6-12 times a year. Newsletter subscribers are required to complete a double opt-in procedure to guard against accidental subscription and to comply with regulations. You are also able to cancel your subscription at any time. Again, your e-mail address is not shared with any third parties.

Credit card information-

Crafts'N'Scraps does not store any credit card information electronically. The shopping cart is secure and SSL encrypted and our payment processors are CISP compliant. We do not utilize a wireless network, nor will we send credit card data via e-mail.

IP address collection-

For your safety and security, the shopping cart does collect the IP address for any orders placed via the website. An IP address is a number assigned to you by your internet service provider and it tells us what country the order was placed from. This is helpful in determining instances of credit card fraud. Especially for international purposes.

Exceptions-

Crafts'N'Scraps will provide order or IP address information to law enforcement if requested/subpoened in cases where fraud is being investigated.
